TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Guarantee Policy:

  • All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by Depositing full payment.

Cancellation Policy:

• • A cancellation is free of charge if done by 07 days prior to arrival.

  • 100% penalty charges apply for late cancellations.

Child Policy:

• • 2 children, up to 6 years of age, may stay in the parents’ room, without an extra bed, on comp basis. Up to only one extra bed, should it be required, can be provided @ INR 3500+ taxes per night on an extra bed basis only.

  • A maximum of 1 child, between 6 to 12 years of age, shall be accommodated in the parents room, Charges for this child is as mentioned below:

  • Extra bed rates: INR 5,000 ++ including buffet breakfast. 50% discount is applicable on the buffet Lunch/Dinner.

  • Note: Extra Bed can be provided only in a Grand Heritage Lake View Room with Balcony room category or in one of our 8 suites.

  • 2 children between 6 to 12 years of age will need to be accommodated in an additional room and we shall be pleased to offer a 50% discount on best available rate on same plan. This will be valid only upon bookings made in advance.
